Masterpiece Systems: MT-315 System

The system prints a full tray in 3 minutes using full high resolution full colour, giving a print speed of 20 trays per hour. One tray is 300 mm X 400 mm and can be fitted with a stainless steel template to hold the products in place during print.

Approximately 80 Chocolates pieces with the diameter of 20 mm can be printed at the same time, 1600 per hour. Ink cost per piece 0.0013188 USD or 2.11 USD per 1600 pieces.

For those planning to temper the chocolate in-house, the system allows you to print directly on the chocolate pieces, while they still are in the mold. You print on pure standard white chocolate and no additives are required.

The system comes with the license to use patented or patent pending part and methods that belongs to masterPiece Systems.
